Step 1: Setup a Wallet

Step 2: Purchase Solana
The token is on the Solana network, so you have to Swap Solana for LoveEV. If you are using Phantom, it should give you a notification when your wallet has received the Solana you purchased.
You may have issues if it is their first time purchasing crypto. This is an investment so there is some verification that you will have to go through in order to make the purchase. If you are having an issue getting your Solana tokens, selecting the option to pay using a PayPal account through Moonpay helps to get through the verification. You don't need to have a balance in your PayPal Account but you do have to have a card or bank account linked to use it this way.
Others have reported that PayPal failed initially, this happened to me as well. If it is your first time, PayPal may want you to verify you authorized the transaction. Be sure you are signed into your PayPal account and check your alerts to see if you had a notice about the transaction being declined. It should explain what it needs to make the transaction go through.
Step 3: Buy LoveEV Tokens
Currently the token is listed on Dex Screener as a Moonshot. After you have Solana in your wallet, go over to the web addressed pinned here and link you wallet to Dex. After that buying and selling from the interface should be a breeze!
